Please note the following terms and conditions: Cancellation requests submitted before completing the initial commitment will be charged at the one-time service rate. All subscription plans require a minimum number of cleanings prior to cancellation. If service is discontinued before meeting this commitment or paying the one-time service rate, the minimum number of cleanings will be billed upfront should the customer re-subscribe in the future.

It is your responsibility to ensure that your bin(s) remain curbside or visible and easily accessible on your scheduled service date until your service has been completed. Visits cannot be rescheduled for failure to have your bins out on your neighborhood's scheduled trash collection day. Bin swapping is not permitted.

Your initial service date may vary based on your location, trash collection day, and our current availability in your area. We service each community within the City of Bakersfield at least once every four weeks, though exceptions may apply.
